Learn new ways to respond instead of angry outbursts
Break the cycle of just getting angry
Discover effective problem-solving skills
Learn to identify and regulate your emotions more effectively
Find out and practice effective communication skills
Learn about various emotions and states of mind linked to anger — fear, shame, guilt, depression, loneliness, jealousy, and betrayal to name a few
