Meg Palen, Associate Counselor
Everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard and supported. My approach is grounded in getting to know each client’s unique story, experiences, and perspective without assumptions or judgment. I help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building self-awareness and confidence.
I primarily work with children and teens, using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy techniques to support emotional growth in developmentally appropriate ways.
I enjoy helping people process difficult emotions, better understand their values, and develop practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to help each client gain a deeper understanding of themselves and create a life that aligns with their values.
