Licensed Professional Counselor
I view the therapeutic relationship as sacred and feel privileged to be part of my clients’ journey; I honor the courage it takes to be vulnerable, and open to making positive changes in order to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I particularly love working with women issues, their life changes and challenges. My specialties include self esteem/self awareness, grief and loss, ptsd, inner child healing, anxieties, fears, decision making, personal boundaries in all relationships, and dealing with life transitions.

I tend to be eclectic, using a variety of therapeutic techniques which include EFT (emotional freedom technique) , guided imagery, inner healing, energy work, cognitive restructuring and other tools as needed; I focus on what the client needs as they move forward. My approach is gentle while direct and instinctual.

Feel free to call me at 520 433-4183 or at 520-292-9750 for more information or to set up an appointment.

I look forward to meeting you.
