Kerry Kelly

MC, NCC, LPC

Welcome

My treatment approach is to establish a partnership with you as the client providing support and practical feedback in resolving your problems and long-standing patterns. I feel you instinctively have the answers you are searching for but need assistance to clarify and rethink the problem along with the courage and support through it. Often, well-intentioned friends and family members are not able to offer unbiased assistance or are not willing to hear what you are truly feeling.

Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each of my clients. I work with you to help build on your strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

Some areas I focus on include:

  • Depression & Anxiety
  • PTSD (with use of EMDR)
  • Panic Attacks & Phobia
  • Relationship Problems
  • Medical and Health Concerns
  • Stress Management
  • Addiction & Recovery
  • Parenting & Family Issues
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Bereavement (Grief/Loss)
  • Trauma
